Terms of Service for My10mail

By accessing or using My10mail (the "Service"), provided by My10mail ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

My10mail provides a temporary, disposable email service. Users can generate temporary email addresses that expire after a set period (typically 10 minutes, extendable by the user). The Service is intended to help users protect their privacy online by avoiding the use of their personal email addresses for registrations, verifications, or other temporary needs.

The Service receives incoming email only and does not let users send mail from temporary addresses. Free inboxes expire with their timer; paid account messages follow the access and retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Attachment limits are shown in the Service.

You can share a mailbox with others through a signed link or QR code — anyone who has that link can view the mailbox until it expires.

The features and functionalities of the Service, including the duration of email addresses and available domains, may change over time at our sole discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your use of the Service.

Prohibited Uses:

Engaging in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

Sending or facilitating the sending of unsolicited messages (spam), including but not limited to bulk commercial advertising or chain letters.

Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

Using the Service to harass, abuse, defame, or threaten others.

Distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious software.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any other user's temporary inbox.

Using the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Using the Service for any critical or sensitive communications where the loss or non-delivery of an email could result in significant harm, loss, or damage.

Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, terminating access to the Service and reporting you to law enforcement authorities.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My10mail and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both our operating country and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of My10mail. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MY10MAIL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR DELIVERY OF EMAIL. FREE INBOXES EXPIRE; PAID ACCOUNT MESSAGES FOLLOW THE PRIVACY POLICY. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE FOR CRITICAL COMMUNICATIONS OR LONG-TERM STORAGE.

Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Website checkout uses Stripe; Android purchases use Google Play Billing. We record transaction and entitlement status to provide purchased features, but do not store full payment card numbers.

Current plans, duration, and prices are shown on our Pricing page or in the applicable app store before purchase. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through the relevant payment provider; one-time purchases do not renew. Refunds are subject to applicable law and provider terms.

My10mail reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods. Continued use of premium services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Referral program: if you sign up using a referral link, a 20% discount may be applied to your purchase, and the user who referred you may receive additional service time as described on the Service.

For billing questions, disputes, or refund requests, contact us through our Contact Page and, when appropriate, the payment provider used for your purchase.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MY10MAIL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Any content obtained from the Service.

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if My10mail has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by My10mail. My10mail has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

You further acknowledge and agree that My10mail shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Clearly marked affiliate links may appear on the website. A partner site is governed by its own terms and policies.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My10mail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My10mail and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
